KQ 507
My heart goes out to the families of those involved in the KQ507 tragedy. This tragedy hits home for me in more ways than one. My cousin who works as a flight attendant for Kenya Airways was scheduled to be on this flight and changed his schedule the last minute in order to help crew on a different Kenya Airways flight at Abidjan. The unease and tension revoked memories of the wait for news of family members aboard KQ431 which crashed in 2000. Sadly we still lost friends and acquaintances in this tragedy. We can only offer prayers and support to their families. I cannot imagine the sense of loss and despair the family members have been subject to over the last few days and can only hope and pray that they find the strength to cope during this difficult time.

I just happen to be in an extremely giving mood for this Christmas. First of all let me just thank each and every KBW member who passes by this here work station and spends kidogo time. I won’t claim comments fuel post on this spot, rather an indiscriminate drive to blurt out whatever I want in the name of free speech but I digress. Happy holidays ladies and gentlemen.
Secondly It’s been an eventful year. From the humble begginings of the KBW family to now the giant it seems to be evolving into. I intend to update among other things, links and the entire design of this site. Any pointers would be greatly and I do mean greatly appreciated.

I’m giving thanks this week with family and friends flying in from the two corners of our dimension. Turkey are living in fear this week, human beings have gone crazy. Talk of bird flu is minimal. I hear the Kenyan community around is organizing a big get together. A ‘celebrity priest’ will be in attendance and everybody and their mother will be in attendance. Jack Daniels will be drowned, beer will be drunk like there is no tomorrow, strangers will make out, ugly people will meet other ugly folk and it will be a big happy family. Happy happy y’all….happy thanksgiving.
